What should I do when the computer‘s power indicator light is on, but the monitor displays “No Signal”? Or the computer displayed a blue screen error....

First, verify that the video cable is properly connected to the monitor. If the connection is secure, open the computer case, remove both DDR4/DDR5 RAM modules, and test the system by installing only one module. If the issue persists, install the other module individually and test again. This may resolve the problem if either module is loose or damaged, preventing the computer from booting. If the issue persists after these steps, please contact us for repair.
